1. Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Please note that during sale periods or holidays, dispatch times may vary.
2. Delivery Times
- Domestic (Pakistan): Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city.
- International: International delivery times vary between 10 to 15 working days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 10,000. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery rate applies.
- International: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their country.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
5. Incorrect Address
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please ensure you provide a correct and suitable shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
