Return & Refund Policy

1. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product in terms of size, color, or quality, you may exchange the item within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Policy

We generally offer a No Refund / Exchange Only policy. Refunds are only processed if the product delivered is proven to be faulty, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, and we are unable to provide a replacement.

• Faulty items must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery or it will not be refunded.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale items and custom-made orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
